Established in 2006, 'New Tricks Advanced Business Training' was formed with the intention of providing high quality training and consultancy services.
We provide customers with what they want, not with what we have to sell. The founder members, Kevin Meaney and Alison Craggs both have extensive experience working with both small and international customers. Our focus is building long term relations with customers. Relationships where we become part of the culture of the organisations we work with whilst providing independent and insightful observations. As a result of our efforts we are proud to include major organisation such as BAE Systems, Orange and Arriva as our customers. Taking time to find out what really works and then providing highly practical training programmes has established our reputation for producing real life results. We believe in making sure our training transfers to the work place and doesn't stay in the car boot the minute the programme finishes! We are experts at making theory relevant to the real world. Kevin and Alison have successfully held senior positions within major organisations and understand that unless customers can quickly and practically use their new skills and knowledge back at work the learning will be lost.
