An extensively researched and proven psychometric tool, this powerful Profile shows how personal development is the critical first step to high performance teamworking.

A 5,000 word personalised report looks at where your motivation lies, how you can best contribute to team success and how you are likely to lead, manage and link with others who may have different perspectives on the world of work.

It can be used with team members, managers and leaders, but is at its most powerful when used to build and sustain high energy teams.

The Linking Skills Profile is a carefully researched multi-rater tool that clearly identifies a person's performance in fundamental people, task and leadership related skills.

The Profile explores the extent to which a person should and does demonstrate the key behaviours for each linking skill. Full colour graphics vividly show the range of responses and a comprehensive narrative report provides clear development guidelines.
Building on the Team Management Profile, or as a stand alone tool, the Linking Skills Profile provides a comprehensive framework for identifying the extent to which leadership and team linking skills should and do occur to guide future direction.

How does the Profile work?

At least four respondents, plus the self-rater, take around 15 minutes to complete a questionnaire online or on paper. These are analysed by our expert software to produce a composite Profile. You can select the level of feedback to give a customised Profile that is appropriate for each person in the team:
