Conflict within the workplace can have a negative effect, not only on those in dispute, but also on their surrounding colleagues and team members. Productivity and moral can quickly deteriorate.
The cost of conflict, both financially and emotionally, can be devastating.
We provide a full, confidential mediation service for staff members in conflict. We have a proven track record of assisting people to resolve their differences.
We also have a Mediation Skills training course to enable managers (or nominated mediators) to assist staff members who are in dispute.
